This first of three volumes concerning the largest corporations of the world of Cyberpunk is harnessed to describe Arasaka the giant of the armament and paramilitary, and IEC (International Electric Corporation) more present in the field of heavy industry and the great consumption.

Each one of these giant companies is successively described on approximately 35 pages. For each one, a first section treats products and services that it produi, in short of the image of the company seen of outside. One introduces then his plans, his allies and his rivals to us. One second section introduces the key characters of each company (respectively 6 and 7 people delivered with portrait, card, and profile).

The third section deals with marketing strategies, then the fourth concerns the employees, in particular the military or paramilitary personnel. The various categories are distinguished (bodyguards, agent of safety, frameworks, etc). The weapons, vehicles, and material standard employees are also presented with their profile and with illustrations.

A fifth section treats principal sites of each company: headquarters, camps of drive, material and allocation of resources, safety of the installations. Lastly, the sixth section speaks about stock, the stock exchange security of the company, of its human resources, material, and illegal.

Lastly, of the councils with the MJ are given on the way of putting in Arasaka scene and IEC, then microphone-ventures is delivered for each one, implying VIP of the two companies. `The Hiraga Papers` implies Arasaka and the characters will be engaged by Yorinobu Arasaka which rebelled against the corporation. `Jukebox Saturday Night` implies IEC. In this adventure, the characters will be recruited in a rather provocative way by Lea and Rory Murchison.

To finish, of the plans of physical and matric sites are provided concerning the installations of the two companies.
